STAY AWAY! I purchased hockey tickets through Seat Geek. They promise that the tickets will be DELIVERED in time for the performance or your money back. I NEVER received my tickets and I missed the game! A third party NOT associated with Seat Geek told me that my seats were available a few days prior to the game but the download failed and they were not able to deliver my tickets. Seat Geek refused to refund my money so I requested that the charge be reversed on my credit card. Seat Geek is now fighting me tooth and nail to keep that money even though they know their 3rd party source failed to deliver my tickets. Folks, this is NOT Ticketmaster. It isn't Stub Hub either. The other sellers DELIVER the tickets. STAY AWAY!
I requested a refund due to Covid 19, plus I lost my job, and the event, Roger Waters, is not planed for another year or more and had been postoned, you people don't realize that this is not a normal situation of circumstances and your normal policy is no refunds, all sales are final, you should do the right thing considering these unprecedented times and give refunds to people who request them. I am out $620.60 that I can not afford right now, and to hold on and wait for a concert that is going to maybe happen in a year and a half, when I am trying to pay my mortgage and bills with no income. MARK MY WORDS, I will never use your business again and I will tell everyone forever what you did to me during the Covid 19 outbreak, and I meet a lot of people in my business that I have owned for 30 years. P.S. I am posting this on every review site out there for as long as it takes!

Bought tickets back in March for the Cubs Mets game today and today is the day of the game and like so many other reviews on here i still have yet to receive my tickets. I’m starting to think I’m a victim like so many others here that’s been scammed by SeatGeek. Contacted customer service and have gotten zero response.
I purchased 2 tickets to the Doobie Bros for 1,400.00. When I hit the purchase button, a page came up that said," WE APOLOGIZE, THESE TICKETS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. PLEASE RESELECT." So, I went back and purchased 2 more tickets. These went through fine. One minute later they charged through the first order as well. I called and they absolutely will not give me my money back on the 2 tickets THEY said were no longer available. I asked to speak to a supervisor but have gotten nothing. I have a 3,000 charge on my credit card.
Tried to obtain Springsteen On-Broadway tickets today (June 10,2021). I was placed in a queue at 11:00 am for a noon sale time. At 10:30 pm I am still in queue. It is not my equipment. I have no response from Seatgeek customer service. The absolute worst ticket agency. Bruce Springsteen's management should not allow this to happen.
SeatGeek is a joke. I purchased tickets for an event and then the event was cancelled. SeatGeek will not return any emails or refund my money. Buyer Beware.
Purchased tickets for a Dodgers game. I never received them and I reached out to customer service via email 3 times because that's the only way to do it. They never respond back to me now I'm out ton of money and never got to go to the game.
I've used seatgeek for a long time now, and what separates them from the competition. They don't charge a lot on fee and taxes..
Terrible experience! I bought 4 tickets for Rockets/Warriors game in Houston two months ahead of time. I live in Indiana and we bought round trip flights. They guaranteed we’d get our tickets in time for the event so don’t be worried if you haven’t gotten them 24hours before hand. Well we flew down and as the hours drew closer with no tickets I called 3 times and was on hold waiting to speak with someone for over an hour each time. They couldn’t get me the tickets I bought and also couldn’t get similar ones because it was now two hours before the game. That game was the whole reason we flew to Houston. I asked for refund and to pay for my flights or something and they refused to do more than 120% of what I paid for the tickets. It wasn’t anywhere close to what we spent to fly down there for 4 people. I will never use SeatGeek again because they can’t actually guarantee anything. If this happens when you travel a long distance you’re just screwed.
Bought tickets for MLB game $181.00
I received the verification of email, I received a email for confirmation of payment, then I received a third email telling me the next email would be my tickets, never received the tickets! Missed half of the game! The only reason we got to see half of the game was because of the ticket supervisor felt sorry for us and saw by the emails that we were taken for 181.00. They gave us complimentary tickets so we could at least see part of the game. The ticket master said they have had a lot of similar problems with seat geek. Will never go through them ever again!!! It would have been 0 stars
They sold me MLB tickets that were already bought, I got to the game and I had no where to sit because other people had bought the same tickets. I give this company a 0 out of 10, don’t buy from them. This company needs shut down as I can’t even get ahold of anyone in customer service either
I purchased Halestorm tickets for 200+$ for my wife and her friend for April 15 at the House of Blues, SC. It has been canceled and I have never received an email or a refund. On their site it’s states if canceled you will receive a refund and email how the process will go. I never received the email so I wrote there help center asking what the situation was and when I will receive my refund. I still haven’t received a response. This sight is no more than a scam. Don’t use them, they will screw you over some way some how. They lost my business and my friends and we go to an average 20 some events a year. Their loss my gain.
THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY STINKS!GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER BEING PROMISED THAT MY ORDER WOULD BE CANCELED,I HAD TO DISPUTE IT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WASTE SO MUCH OF MY TIME.LEFT 4 SEPARATE MESSAGES FOR SUPERVISORS TO CALL BACK TO NOT GET A CALL BACK FROM ONE ONCE!!THEY DESERVE TO BE OUT OF BUISNESS.
